A shocked bystander filmed the blaze as crowds gathered at the hotel, which is famous for its large dancing water fountain synchronized to music. 'Firefighting efforts were extremely difficult due to the location of the fire and access to the location,' assistant chief Larry Haydu of the CCFD said.
